1. Shipping Policy
We aim to get our products to you as fresh and efficiently as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Areas: We currently ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Graze Beef Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
2. Returns and Food Safety
Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of food items once they have been delivered. This policy ensures that all products sold to our customers have remained within our controlled chain of custody.
3. Damages and Quality Issues
If your order arrives damaged or with a quality defect (e.g., compromised vacuum seal, packaging tears), we will make it right.
- Reporting Window: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
- Documentation Required: To process a claim, we require a photograph of the damaged product and the shipping label.
- Resolution: At our discretion, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method for the affected items.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love our beef sticks. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, please contact us within 30 days of your order. While we do not accept returns, we may offer a one-time store credit or a replacement flavor as a courtesy to ensure you have a positive experience with our brand.
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been assigned a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled or diverted.
